Eli is a very special spirit that came into my life many years ago. She was in Scotland and got in contact with me about Essiac, as she was staying in a town not far, I drove over to see her, we connected so easily that instead of returning to Tenerife the following day, she changed her ticket and came a stayed with us for a week. Eli is a very sensitive light soul and oh so gentle, at peace when able to lose herself in nature especially the sea. She has been sending me her art occasionally and I have nagged her into allowing me to put it online :)
