I have access to a friends house for a further 4 beds, although this is not for hostel rates. Contact by email for rates and dates. This is a non smoking house.

Casarabonela sits halfway up a mountain 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Buses run up to the village, 3/4 depending on time of year, or a train can be taken to Pizarra and we can collect for an extra 10euros. It is a traditional White Village, very rural with life going on much the same as it always has; like all Spanish villages it is self sufficient, with many little shops and bars; a market every Friday morning,  4 day Ferria at the end of July,  Fire Festival in December as a Thanksgiving for the olive harvest. There is horse riding, off road quad bikes, organised walks (these need advance booking) gym, swimming pool (open July-Sept)

Buses to Rhonda or the coast; within a half hours drive to El Chorro and the lakes where there is a good camp site on the shores of a lake
